・The bus will not stop at locations where no passengers are scheduled to board
or alight. If you wish to change your boarding or drop-off location, please
notify us at least by 18:00 on the day before the activity. Please note that
stop locations cannot be changed during the tour.

・Children aged 0-3 can participate for free without a seat. If a seat is
required, please book at the child rate for ages 4-12.

・Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. The bus
will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals.


・Guests in the same group should ensure they book the correct route. Incorrect

If you cannot visit the attractions due to force majeure on the day of the tour, there will be no partial refund. Thank you for your understanding.
If no passengers board or alight at the designated pickup/drop-off points, the bus will not stop at that location. If you would like to change your pickup/drop-off location, please notify us by 6:00 pm the day before departure
Cancellation will be processed by the cancellation policy if the traveller cancels for personal reason
The buses operate independently and you cannot change buses midway.
Vehicle type will be assigned based on the number of passengers and is subject to availability on the day. Specific vehicle requests cannot be accommodated.
To ensure the tour runs smoothly, the bus will depart strictly according to the schedule. Guests must adhere to the designated meeting times at each attraction. If you are late or fail to return to the meeting point on time due to personal reasons and miss the bus, any resulting consequences will be the guest’s responsibility.
All attraction tickets included in this itinerary are complimentary. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or if you choose not to participate on the day of the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
