The total duration of the activity is around 1h30. Once at the beach, we will go through some basic theory (safe kayaking, paddling technique and posture on the kayak). After, we will launch our kayaks and paddle away from shore. The ever-present guide will be there to assist you with anything you might need and to control and comment on your performance. WHAT TO BRING: Swimming suit, towel, hat/cap, sun protector, water and comfortable clothes (water shoes or flip flop with straps if you have them). The instructor will carry a waterproof bag to store your mobile phone, cameras, water, wallet... We provide sit on top kayak + paddle + lifejacket + wetsuit (if needed).
