• Business hours may be adjusted according to the period or the arrangements of the venue, and some services/activities may be changed; please refer to the official announcement before departure.
• Public holidays are based on the public holidays of LaLaport Fukuoka store.
• No food or beverages are served in the store (only a beverage bar is available; subject to the terms of the agreement and on-site regulations).
  
• When there are large crowds, a complete clearing and rotation system may be implemented or you may need to wait. Please refer to the on-site announcements for details.
  

- Entry Restrictions and Precautions -

• You may enter at any time during the opening hours on the date you choose (the latest entry time is 30 minutes before closing).
  
• Depending on the ticket category, you may be required to show identification; failure to do so may result in a ticket price adjustment or refusal of entry.
  
• Children under primary school age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older (the accompanying person also needs to pay for admission).
• Each protector may bring a maximum of 3 children into the venue.
• Once you leave, you cannot re-enter.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the store; pet snacks and animal toys are also prohibited.

Safety and Shooting Precautions-

• Please keep your valuables safe; the store will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
• The store is not responsible for any stains or damages caused to clothing or personal belongings by animals.
• If you are accidentally scratched or bitten, please inform the staff immediately; however, the store is not responsible for any related injuries or bites, please understand.
• Photography is allowed inside the store, but flash photography is prohibited; please be careful to avoid photographing other customers or staff.
