Itinerary
Depart from Melbourne CBD. Departure from designated hotels in Melbourne city (details will be provided after booking is confirmed).
Morning tea. Enjoy eucalyptus tea with scones while taking in the beautiful eucalyptus scenery.
Puffing Billy Steam Train. Monday/Wednesday departures: Arrive at Lakeside Station (approx. 11:00). Saturday departures: Arrive at Menzies Creek Station (approx. 10:30).
Village stroll & shopping. Visit charming villages like Sassafras or Olinda to enjoy shopping for souvenirs and more. We will also introduce you to a recommended meat pie shop!
SkyHigh. Standing at a height of 633 meters, this observatory offers panoramic views stretching all the way to the Melbourne CBD on clear days.
Arrive in Melbourne. Drop-off at designated hotels in Melbourne city.

- The tour will only be held for groups of 4 or more adults.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time, you will not receive a 100% refund of the tour fee. If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before the tour start time, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 3 days' notice, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If you wish to change your reservation date, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that if we are unable to do so, the above cancellation policy may apply, or a change fee may be charged.
- For identity verification purposes, all participants are required to carry some form of digital ID (such as a passport, driver's license, or other photo ID). The driver guide or supplier may request to see your digital ID to verify your identity, age, and other relevant information.
- Please inform us in advance of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, illnesses, or injuries that may affect your participation in the tour. Please also let us know the ages of any accompanying children or infants so that we can arrange appropriate seating for them.
- Our tour buses typically do not have facilities to accommodate large luggage or personal belongings. If you plan to bring such items, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
- All tour participants are expected to treat other customers and staff with respect and kindness. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your participation in the tour.
Reminders
Please check your voucher for the actual meeting time and location.
The tour requires a minimum of 4 adults to participate.
Please arrive at the meeting point with plenty of time to spare, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please note that even if you are not present at the scheduled pick-up time, we may have to depart due to scheduling constraints.
By law, children under 5 years old are required to use a child safety seat. Please be sure to inform us of your child's age when making your reservation. Also, please specify the ages of any accompanying children or infants so that we can arrange appropriate seating for them.
You are not allowed to bring suitcases on board.
During peak season, larger vehicles may be used depending on demand.
