*This is a special ticket type. After booking, you must go to the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland ticket window to collect your ticket in person (please bring your original ID card). Do not convert your ticket to a QR code online or use a self-service ticket machine.
When booking, you must fill in the full name and the Home Return Permit/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/Passport/ID card number of each traveler.
Inclusions: Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle 2-Day Unlimited Ski Pass, including ski clothing, ski boots, helmet, skis, ski poles (poles provided for alpine skis only), and a locker. The pass is personal and non-transferable, valid for unlimited skiing for two consecutive days from the activation date (including the activation day) during park operating hours, with access to ski lifts and magic carpets and no restrictions on ski trails. Children must purchase a valid ticket as no free tickets are provided.
Exclusions: Does not include access to the snow play area; a separate ticket must be purchased to enjoy these activities.

Within 10 days of purchase (inclusive), bring your valid ID and ticket code to the Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle ticket counter to register your facial recognition, lock the pass to one person, and activate the 2-day unlimited ski pass. If not activated within 10 days, the pass will be automatically activated, and no refunds or changes will be allowed after activation. The 2-day ski pass is valid for two consecutive days from activation (including the activation day). Please use the ski card within the valid period.

- Peak season: 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM (Saturday – Sunday)
- Please redeem the snow card in advance based on ticket type to ensure sufficient play time.
- Overtime fees apply if play time exceeds ticket duration. No charge for first 30 minutes; thereafter, charged per 30 minutes.
- Ski resort may adjust opening hours or temporarily close attractions due to maintenance, safety, or weather conditions.

Was a fun activity! Remember to bring waterproof gloves. Otherwise buy the gloves outside at the mall and not inside the area. Mall itself is huge - could walk for a couple of hours.
