8:00-8:30 The tour guide picks you up at your hotel inside the Old Quarter or at the Ha Noi Opera House, departing for the Ha Noi city tour.09:00
First, get off to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda located on an island in the east of West Lake. The pagoda has a long history of 1,500 years old. with exceptional and beautiful traditional architecture. The pagoda was a Buddhist center of Thang Long Capital under the Ly and Tran Dynasties from the 11th – the 13th century.10:00
The next stop will be Ba Dinh Square near which Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s house-on-stilts and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda locate. (the Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays).11:00
Continue to visit the historic Temple of Literature - Vietnam’s first university built in the 11th century. Nowadays, the temple is still an educational symbol of Viet Nam.12:00
Lunch will be served with Hanoi's special and famous food in a nice local restaurant. You will have the opportunity to enjoy Phở (beef or chicken) and another renowned delicious dish called Bún Chả (fresh noodles with grilled pork and herbs). Guests have two choices and pay an extra amount for taking more.13:15
After the lunch, your next destination for the afternoon is the railway coffee spot - built nearly 100 years ago. You can walk along the train track to visit and take photos or stop by a coffee bar to enjoy coffee while admiring the train track with its rows of ancient houses and crowds of people coming to visit. If you are lucky you can see a train passing by. This will be a great opportunity to take special photos.14:30
Then moving to the center point of the capital - the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Walking around the beautiful lake to visit, observing the daily life of local people, and taking photos. You may buy a ticket by yourself to go inside the temple where worship national hero Tran Hung Dao and some other legendary personalities.16:00
The city tour program ends. Our car will bring you to a spa to experience Vietnamse traditional hair wash service. Herbal hair wash and head massage is a shampoo method combined with oriental nourishing fundamentals and therapeutic massage in the head, shoulders, neck, and back on the Chinese nourishing fundamentals. The method brings you a comfortable, relaxed sensation. The tour ends. the car will drop you off at Fortuna hotel’s bar/ Dao Tan Street/your hotel inside the Old Quarter. Guests can also pay for a tricycle to go around the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, or book a ticket for a water puppet show in a theater nearby.
