Due to increased security measures at the Duomo, there may be some queues
Strict rules are enforced when entering the church (no knives, scissors, glass bottles, plates, etc.)
Pre Purchase
The Duomo is not wheelchair accessible
Visitors are required to dress modestly
Inside the Cathedral, off-the-shoulder and/or low-cut dresses, shorts, miniskirts, and hats are not permitted
Usage
Meet your guide under the arches of the Mondadori Megastore, located on the right side of Piazza del Duomo when facing the front entrance of the cathedral on Via Mazzini
Show your smartphone voucher to the guide
It can get extremely crowded for reasons beyond the tour operator's control. If you need anything, please contact the number
