• Late arrivals will not be refunded or compensated for missed portions of the tour.

• Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions; please bring an umbrella and dress appropriately.
• In cases of severe or hazardous weather, the tour may be cancelled at the guide's discretion.
• Please inform the operator of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety; personal insurance is strongly recommended.
• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

• This tour is suitable for all nationalities.
• Participants must be in good health as the tour involves walking the streets.
• Maximum capacity for this group edition is 40 participants.
• Minimum participants required for this group edition is 30 participants.

• Child: 7–12 years old.
• Youth: 13–17 years old.
• All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

• Valid photo ID.
• Mobile or printed voucher.
• Hat or cap and a bottle of water.
• Umbrella (in case of rain).
• Comfortable walking shoes.

• This tour involves walking along city streets; it may not be suitable for those with severe mobility issues.

Event Rescheduling

The organiser reserves the right to

reschedule the event if the minimum number of participants required is not met

or due to inclement weather. In such circumstances, registered participants

will be notified at least seven (7) days prior to the originally scheduled

event date. Participants will be contacted via the email address or contact

details provided during registration with information regarding the rescheduled

date and any alternative arrangements.

Refunds

If the event is rescheduled, participants

may choose to either:

• Transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date at no additional cost, or

• Request a full refund of their ticket price. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the rescheduling notification. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the request.

• No cancellations or refunds are permitted for this activity.
• Any exceptions, if applicable, will be determined by Istoria Collective Singapore Pte. Ltd. in consultation with the tour guide.

• Present your mobile or printed Pelago voucher to the guide at the meeting point.
• Voucher is valid only for the selected tour date and time.
