- Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
- Last admission is 90 minutes before closing time.
- Participants must be at least 130cm tall to participate in all rides.
- Weight restrictions apply: Participants must weigh between 45kg and 90kg for full access.
- Selected rides (Human Gyroscope, Airbag Launch, Leap of Faith, Coaster Glider) are restricted for those under 130cm or 45kg.
- Selected rides (Climbing Pillars, Wall Climbing, etc.) are restricted for those weighing over 90kg.
- Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the venue.
- No jewelry or valuable items should be worn during activities.
- Smoking, alcohol, and outside food/drinks are strictly prohibited.

- The activity is not recommended for pregnant women, seniors, or those with medical conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy.
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry without refund.
- Children aged 17 and below must be accompanied by a paying adult or guardian aged 18 and above.
- Accompanying adults/guardians must pay the full admission fee even if they are only observing.
- Grip socks and grip gloves (mandatory for all rides).
- Comfortable athletic clothing.
- Valid photo ID for check-in.
- Mobile or printed voucher.
- Not recommended for those with severe mobility issues or serious heart conditions.
- Service animals with valid identification are permitted.
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- No cancellations and refunds are allowed for this activity.
- Tickets are issued as wristbands and must be worn at all times while inside the park.
- Entry may be denied if tickets/wristbands are torn, damaged, or altered.
