- The meeting point is on the square in front of the Palais Garnier (main entrance)
- Please arrive 20 minutes before the beginning of the visit due to Vigipirat control
- Show your voucher to the guide

- Exit of the players from 16:50 (closing time is 17:00): no photos, purchase in the store or visit to the toilets between the end of the game and the closing
- No cloakroom/luggage storage. Access with suitcases or bulky luggage will be denied
