I booked tickets through Pelago and had a smooth experience. Booking was easy, confirmation was instant, and the tickets were accepted without any hassle. The activity itself was enjoyable and well organised. Would definitely book again through Pelago.

Quite easy to book and the prices were quite cheap as compared to other vendors like Klook for a 4 in 1 pass. Amazon river quest ride was also included :) Would definitely recommend!

Went to Rainforest Wild ASIA, Bird Paradise, Singapore Zoo, and Night Safari. Took almost 1.5 days in total. So much to see at the zoos and the staff I interacted with were very knowledgeable. I'm not normally a fan of zoos, but I'd recommend these ones.

Maybe the best Zoo we have ever visited and we have traveled a lot… all our kids (aged between 10 and 17) enjoyed this beautiful place. The shows were great and the whole area was so beautiful and well maintained. Night Safari was definitely worth a visit. Never felt too crowded and saw a lot of animals…

I've seen lots of low ratings for the zoo, but I find that people are very hard to please! I had a wonderful day and managed all 5 parks. I started in the bird park and was very glad I did. The birds in the large enclosures to the left were very active and very cheeky! The enclosures are fantastic and allow you to get very close. I normally do not like to see birds caged, but if you're going to do it this is how it should be done. The Asia park has expansive enclosures for the animals and looks fun for kids with loads of side trails. As I was tight on time I stuck to the main paths. I did not see many animals, however again I appreciate the large open enclosures more than my ability to see something in a cage. Rivers was a lovely little park. Be warned the boat tour is an extra cost. I got around this park quickly and managed to see most things. The giant pandas are a highlight! The Zoo is huge, I didn't see much as I was running out of time late in the day and things are very spread out. Be prepared for lots of walking! The night safari was excellent. Again, I skipped the trails furthest away due to time and very sore feet by this point! The tram ride was good, however I wish the driver was more strict with people using flash photography or those sat with their phones on loudspeaker. This park felt a little more staged, with small enclosures. I understand this will be so people can find and see the animals in the dark, I hope the animals are kept in larger spaces when not on display. Overall, staff were polite and helpful. The parks were very clean. Prices reasonable.

Excellent venue, lovely staff and great proximity and transit service to various parks and attractions. If visiting all attractions in the area, this is a great place to stay and base yourself.
