Did this on our trip to Kyoto, the biggest brewery museum and Kyoko was very knowledgeable, informative and was very engaging throughout, highly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Sake Experience with our guide Momoko. The brewery museum tour gave a great insight into the rice and yeast types and processes to make the different categories of sake. During the tastings we tried sakes of several different categories, first alone, then paired with food, to find our preferred type. Momoko gave fun and clear explanations throughout and has given us a lifelong appreciation that has already served us well during the rest of our trip in Japan.
