Fascinating trip with much to see, especially on days of good weather. This tour has definitely exceeded our expectations and was really a very good value for money, recommend the one includes lunch and Bluet Train return to Tokyo.
I enjoyed this tour very much. Our tour guide Ms Yui is a super energetic and very considerate young lady. She took good care of the entire group and explained to us the history of Japan and the places we went to. The whole trip was relax and carefully planned. Thanks
The trip was well organised and scheduled. Very good timekeeping by Ayu. And she provided very good and clear information.
It was time well spent as a day trip from Tokyo, covering 3 destinations and then a Shinkansen ride back. The guide was knowledgeable and ensured we were on time for our ferry and other attractions
A good view of Mt Fuji on the day. One of the main activities on the itinerary (Hakone rope way) was cancelled by the operator after we had the lunch (was ~1-1:30pm at that point), saying the weekend traffic caused delays (which was likely not uncommon and the operator should take that into account when listing/planning itinerary). We were offered (as compensation) 800 JPY shopping voucher which could only be used at a gift shop they stopped on the way.
Hiro, our guide, kept us entertained during the long bus ride and was attentive and helpful so time passed quickly. The views of Mt Fuji were awesome, scenery from the cable car ride and boat ride in Hakone were great. Lunch was delicious! Areas for improvement: allow more time at each stop and warn us that we may not get seats all the way on the bullet train...half way through the ride we got seats after some passengers left the otherwise packed carriages.
