* The vehicle is delivered with the same fuel level as received.
* A valid driver's license is required to rent a vehicle.
* Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is not permitted. Any evidence of intoxication will result in immediate retention of the vehicle and no refund of the reservation will be made.
* Vehicles are not allowed in the arena.
* Passengers may not sit on the hood or roof of the vehicle or travel in the cargo area.
* The vehicle will only be delivered to the reservation holder, who must present a valid physical identification document (not digital). Failure to present the required document will result in the retention of the vehicle and no refund of the reservation will be made.
* The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity specified in the reservation. Any violation will result in the retention of the vehicle and no refund of the reservation will be made.
*The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental.
