The session was very informative and intriguing. It was held at a private Pernakan museum with so much history. The beading experience was an eye opener into the life of Pernakans back in the days. Angeline was very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Enjoyable and enriching session learning about the Peranakans from Angeline, all the more interesting because my family is Peranakan on my dad's side. Angeline is also a patient, warm and knowledgeable teacher. Beautiful place with lots of history.
The beading workshop was so fun and interesting. Besides learning how to bead, Angie gave us a deep history lesson on Peranakan culture and it's origin. She helped us patiently during beading and was a great teacher. Loved the whole experience, and honestly wish I could do it again!
