[Airport Pick-Up]


  • For International Flight, the driver will wait for you at terminal number 4.
  • For Domestic Flight, the driver will wait for you in the lobby .
  • Please choose the desirable time you wish to be picked up. It is recommended to select the picked up time 60 minutes after the landing time (For International Flight) or 30 minutes after the landing time (For Domestic Flight)
  • The driver will arrive on time. If you get out early, please wait at the designated meeting point to be picked up
  • Please check your mobile App message or email and KKday message to make sure you have the information
  • If there is any issue of flight delay or emergency situation, please contact us in advance for support. Grace period can be extended. However, free extension is not guaranteed to be fulfilled as it depends on the pick-up schedule of the day. The extension fee, if occurs, is to be paid to the driver directly on-site.
  • Please show the KKday Voucher to the staff and carefully check the driver plate to ensure you are not being picked up by the wrong driver. Refund is not available if guest get picked up by the wrong driver
  • Please make sure to check your message and keep contact with us so we can fulfill your booking. If customer support does not receive any messages from the guest and is unable to reach the guest, the booking will be canceled without refunds

[Airport Drop-Off]


  • Please arrive at the hotel lobby 5–10 mins in advance
  • Travelers are recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hrs (Domestic) and 3 hrs (International) before their flight, please consider this before booking.
  • The driver will wait in the car at the hotel pick-up area. The grace period is 15 minutes from the requested pick-up time. To extend the grace period, the rate varies based on the time period but will be charged by every 30 minutes. The extension request is not guaranteed to be fulfilled as it depends on the pick-up schedule of the day. The extension fee is to be paid to the driver directly on-site

[BOOKING GUIDELINES]

  • [10th-year Promotion Package] Please keep in mind to fill in your desired pick-up location/pick-up time (with day) for both the Airport Pick-up and Airport Drop-off Route.
  • For Airport pick-up, please note that the pick-up time will be based on GMT +7. Please carefully check your landing time to select the correct booking date. We advise you to choose the pick-up time at around 30 minutes after landing for a Domestic Flight or 1 hour for an International Flight.
  • For Airport Drop-off, we advise you to come to the airport 3 hours - For International Flight or 2 hours - For Domestic Flight before your take-off time
  • The Time option you select in the package is estimated. Each Time slot refers to a 29 mins period (Example: Time slot 3:00 is counted from 3:00 - 3:29)
  • Please note down the flight info so we can best serve you
  • Please confirm the addresses of your preferred pick-up and drop-off points in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking. 
  • Please specify the correct number of luggage in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking; if the luggage and passenger numbers exceed the vehicle capacity, requests for vehicle changes or booking cancellation may incur



[SERVICE-USING GUIDELINES]

  • Please contact customer service immediately if there's an unexpected situation. To extend the grace period, the rate varies based on the time period but will be charged by every 30 minutes.   • Please wait for the driver if you arrive early.
  • If you fail to show up within the grace period for airport pick-up, fail to notify the driver in advance, and cannot be reached, the driver will leave and refunds will not be granted.
  • Please specify the correct number of luggage in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking; if the luggage and passenger numbers exceed the vehicle capacity, requests for vehicle changes or booking cancellation may incur; if the number of luggage on-site is not the same as the number provided when booking, the driver reserves the right to deny service, refunds will not be granted
  • Travelers are recommended to contact customer service to confirm the booking validity 
  • Pick-up could be delayed due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, and road accident. 
  • Please contact KKday customer service in advance if the airline cancels or reschedules the flight
Reminders
In case you could not see or find the driver, please contact the operator immediately for the assistance (The Operator Hotline will be displayed on your voucher). We do encourage you to contact to the operator immediately after landing (for Airport Pick-up) or 30 mins before departure time (for Airport Drop-off) so we can best assist you.
Please provide your flight details when booking.
The driver information and pick-up spot will be provided the day before the pick-up. Please keep attention on your KKday message.
Please provide accurate information on the pick-up/drop-off location (hotel name, address, etc). If any issue arises due to incorrect information, you will be regarded as no-show and no refunds will not be granted.
Please wait for the driver if you arrive early. If the driver is late due to force majeure, please wait at the pick-spot. If you leave without notifying the driver, you will be regarded as no-show and no refunds will not be granted.
If any mechanical/technical/unforeseen issues occurred to the vehicle, please note that a replacement vehicle of a similar/higher grade will be dispatched to ensure the trip goes over smoothly.
Please provide reachable contact info in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking.
Changes to the pick-up location/time cannot be made the day before and on the day of the departure, except in the event of force majeure.
Please do not eat in the car and a cleaning fee may be charged for any stains from eating.
