Easy as tourist - Platform was near arrival hall and scan via phone. Highly recommended!
The Airport Express roundtrip ticket to Hong Kong Central was incredibly smooth. The QR code generated by Pelago worked perfectly and was easily read by the scanners at the train station gates. It’s a very convenient and time-saving option—I highly recommend booking this in advance for a hassle-free arrival and departure.

Very easy process and definitely worth doing for the savings and miles. I’d definitely book this again.
Swift and easy. Tip: do not rush but keep your qrcode (usually hp) stationary at the gate reader for few moments; it takes some seconds to read the code. Also do not follow too closely behind the passenger in front while going thru the gates (for the same reason; the gate/reader needs to refresh & be ready to read the next approaching passenger's qrcode.)
