Prior to your arrival or departure, one of our friendly team members will contact you to confirm your pickup details, including your driver’s name, vehicle information, and departure time.

On the day of service, your driver will arrive early and wait at the appropriate location:

-Airport arrivals: At the baggage claim area if you selected our Meet & Greet service, or at the designated pickup zone if not.

-Hotel pickups: At the main hotel entrance.

-Cruise transfers: At the assigned pier or terminal.

Upon your arrival, your driver will greet you with a warm Aloha and assist with your luggage before escorting you to your vehicle. You will then be comfortably and safely transferred to your destination.
