Cancellation & Refund Policy

If canceled by Rooty Trip

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, Rooty Trip will notify guests 1 day prior to departure to reschedule, switch tours, or cancel with a full refund.
• If the tour is canceled due to weather or safety reasons (e.g., rough seas, coast guard restrictions), guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

If canceled by the customer

• Before 10 PM on the day prior to departure (N-1): Free cancellation, full refund.
• After 10 PM on the day prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee.
