Easy to use and good customer service. When the initial voucher did not come through, they followed up quickly.
Is a must buy if want to go Nikko. But do take note this bus does not include limited express train.
I strongly advise against using Pelago for your tour bookings. My experience with their customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I requested to cancel my trip via email, as clearly stated on the voucher that cancellations are allowed. However, after sending my initial request, I received no response without following up multiple times. When I finally did hear back, they informed me that they would need to consult the tour provider before getting back to me. It's now been five days, and I’m still waiting for a reply. Meanwhile, the tour operator's website explicitly states that cancellations are permitted if the voucher hasn’t been used. This lack of communication and support from Pelago is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid using their services for your travel plans. There are far more reliable options out there.
