Easy to use. No scanning of ticket required at Interlaken station. Just check for the train timing and platform, and take the train up the cable car station from Interlaken. Follow the signages and scanning of tickets start from the cable car station. No need to exchange physical ticket if you are wondering. Tickets can be scanned via your booking qr code.
It was an awesome experience although the weather was not favourable hence the experience of being on top is not there. It was cloudy when we reached the top and it was storm snowing, but when the storm has passed, 2 other access doors were opened to enjoy the outer viewing decks. The instruction on how to redeem is not complete. for travelers from Singapore, the QR code tickets are not redeemed at the gates but in the train, by the inspector. If you are using half-pass then you also need to show the QR code of half-pass. As per instruction, the QR code in the voucher is scanned for the cable car/gondola. Great experience.
