tour package. Perfect for beginners or thrill seekers looking for a mild
adventure, this excursion covers up to 15 km of the scenic river. An expert,
English-speaking guide will help you cruise the moderate to bumpy ripples, and
make you have a safe and enjoyable time. Cap off your exhilarating afternoon
with a delicious lunch at the end of your rafting experience before returning
to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu.

"No Show" will be considered if guest does not show up at hotel lobby/arranged meeting point. This will apply on the cancellation policy as 0% refund
80% refund or FREE reschedule will be given if bad weather 1 hour before the activity time. No refund or reschedule will be given during the activity time.
Private Tour: All hotels within the boundary of KK City (or 2.5KM radius) , including only Shangri-la Tg Aru will be free of charge. All hotels outside the boundary of KK City (or 2.5KM radius), Donggongon, Likas, Putatan and further (up to Tuaran, Penampang, Lok Kawi) will have a surcharge of RM30/pax.
The tour is entitled to postponement only if the weather is not conducive for rafting, and the risk assessment and decision is made by the tour guide/driver/any of our representative. A new tour date will be decided upon agreement between the guide and guest. If the guest is unable to attend on this new date, no refund will be given (100% cancellation fee apply)
