3- The vehicle will be ready 15 minutes earlier at the place where I request it or much sooner if the client requests it.

4- A sign will be carried with the name provided or, failing that, a phrase or image chosen by the client.

5- For hotel pick-ups, the driver will ask at reception for the name you provide us.

6- We leave you at your destination.
