cooking concepts, guests cook authentic Vietnamese dishes right at their table
with step-by-step guidance from a professional chef.

Discover Vietnam’s signature flavors through an interactive and hands-on
experience under the Da Nang night sky. Signature dishes may include Bún Chả,
Fried Spring Rolls, Fresh Summer Rolls, Mì Quảng, Grilled Fish in Banana Leaf,
Bò Lá Lốt, and more.

More than just a meal, this experience is a cultural journey blending cuisine,
connection, and unforgettable rooftop moments.

This is an interactive live cooking dining experience where guests cook
authentic Vietnamese dishes at the table under the guidance of a professional
chef.

All ingredients are fully prepared in advance by the kitchen. Guests do not
need to prepare or handle raw ingredients. The chef will guide guests step by
step during the cooking process, explaining techniques, timing, and flavors to
ensure an enjoyable and easy experience.

The experience is charged per dish, not per person. One dish may be shared by
one or multiple guests, making it suitable for couples, friends, or small
groups who wish to cook and enjoy together. Dish selection can be arranged on-
site based on the chosen package.

Live Cooking is available daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, during lunch and
dinner time, at Pistachio Restaurant. This experience combines hands-on
interaction, Vietnamese cuisine, and a relaxed dining atmosphere.
