You will experience Nada yoga (the yoga of sound)— and the silencing of the mind— during a sound bath with 7 chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls. Guests often describe the experience as a sonic massage, and report “seeing colors” of the sound with the closed eyes. Upon arrival, we will cleanse with sage or palo santo, then invite you to share your intentions or what is alive for you today. With this, the composition of your sound bath is envisioned, and fully customized. The duration of the journey is customizable as well. The closing minutes are signaled by my gentle chanting along with the singing bowls. You may receive a few drops of essential oil in your palm to invite the breath to deepen and awaken, and you will be offered a cup of tea. To support integration of the experience, you will be invited to share anything you feel.
