- Show times: 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
- Show Duration: Approximately 45 minutes (Seal show: 10–15 minutes, Dolphin show: 30–35 minutes).
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show time on your ticket.
- Late Arrivals: If you do not enter at opening time, you must wait until 15 minutes after the show starts to enter.
- No admission during the first 15 minutes of the show (11:00–11:15, 14:00–14:15, 17:00–17:15).
- Standard seats are located in Rows E, F, and G.
- Specific ticket options apply for Thai Residents and Foreigners (except Mainland Chinese).
- Please ensure you select the correct option for your nationality.
- Adult: Height requirement 131 cm and above.
- Child: Height requirement 90 cm to 130 cm (inclusive).

- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- Must be purchased at least 3 hours before the time slot on the date of use.
- Cancellations made at least 3 days before the visit date are eligible for a 100% refund.

Great activity for family. It was easy to book and redeem the ticket at the counter. The show duration was great, not too long. The seals & dolphin show was really well done, our 3 years old loved it and would recommend this product as a must visit in Phuket for family travellers.
Very good show, worth the experience. NOTE: I bought VIP 2nd row, even then i got a 1 splash of water on my face, so be careful if you don't want that. They will give you water cover/coat its a thin polythene similar to rain coat.

From the beginning till the end, excitement fun filled throughout the whole show. This is probably the best Dolphin show in Asia with their foreign dolphin trainers. A must visit attraction if you are in Phuket. A+++
