Important Information for Your Tour:

This tour ONLY picks up on Phillip Island/San Remo - if you are hoping
to depart from Melbourne you will need to rebook on our Melbourne Departure
Tour!

If you Have not yet notified us of your Pickup location on Phillip Island
you must do this as soon as possible. Failure to do so may jeopardise your
tour with us!

(If you are coming off a Cruise, please select "Cruise Departure")

If you are DRIVING DOWN to Phillip Island on the Day of your Tour, please
allow AT LEAST 3 HOURS from Melbourne.

Pickups start at 5pm - we recommend arriving prior to this time to ensure
you are not late.

**We will NOT be able to wait for you if you are late, or held up in traffic.
**

GENERAL DEPARTURE INFORMATION Your tour will depart from your nominated
accommodation OR location in Phillip Island - please ensure you have this
listed with us. We will contact you on the day with a more accurate pickup
time - this will generally be within 30 minutes of the pickup time shown (it
depends what other pickups we have on the day). We will drop you back off here
at the end of the tour.

CRUISE SHIP DEPARTURES INFORMATION: If you are joining us off a Cruise Ship
tendered at Phillip Island, please ensure you have listed "Cruise Ship
Departure" as your pickup location.

The Departure Location for our Cruise Ship Guests is at the Cowes Transit
Centre/ Berninneit at the time shown on your booking. There is a FREE shuttle
bus running between your ship tender and our departure location in Cowes. We
will drop you back at your Cruise Ship Tender at the end of the tour. For

What to Bring

There are no mandatory items required for this tour—just bring yourself!

However, a few additional items for a great experience you may like to bring:

• Small Day Bag : You may wish to bring a small day bag that can be left on board during the tour
• Warm Clothing : Regional Victoria can get chilly, even in summer. Check the weather forecast and pack accordingly.
• Water Bottle : Stay hydrated with refill stations available throughout the day.
• Phone Charger : Most buses have charging ports, but consider bringing a portable battery pack if you plan to take lots of photos.
• Spending Money : Card Only Payments Accepted at the Penguin Parade

Note: there WILL be time to get your own dinner at the Penguin Parade - there
is both a cafe and restaurant on site.
