For child tickets, you must show the child's ID
You should be able to swim to visit Xel-Há Park
Post Purchase
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all time
Only sunscreen containing titanium dioxide and zinc oxide is allowed. If your sunscreen doesn't meet the requirement, you can pick up a free sample of a biodegradable sunscreen at the information booth at the entrance. Your own sunscreen will be given back to you when exiting the park
Please bring an official ID to use the towels, lockers, and snorkel equipment and for child tickets
