- Redemption centers at Airport Express Customer Service Centres are open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:30 AM.
- The pass is valid for 24 hours starting from the time of the first journey.
- You can top up your pass for additional bus or tram services at any convenience store where the service is available.
- Redemption is required at specific Airport Express Customer Service Centres: Hong Kong, Kowloon, Tsing Yi, or Airport (at the arrival platform).
- Valid only for international visitors who have been in Hong Kong for less than 14 days at the time of purchase.
- Adult tickets are applicable for ages 3 to 99 years.
- Children aged 3 and above require a standard ticket.
- A valid passport must be presented at the time of collection.
- Printed ticket/voucher for redemption.
- The MTR system is generally wheelchair accessible with elevators and ramps available at most stations.
- Instant confirmation is available, though there may be a delay in receiving the voucher.
- Cancellations are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

If you travel a lot using mrt, can be cheaper. But bus and tram are not included
A complete liar！！！When I went to collect the card, they told me that the transaction had been canceled. I haven't received any email notification or refund. And I can't contact Pelego's customer service. They swallowed my money.
