The views is nice but the shuttle bus experience is horrible. Not suitable to bring elderly and kids. They cut queues and push you regardless whether you are an elderly or children.
We got to redeem tickets successfully and easily but the attraction itself is horrible. The shuttle is packed and everyone pushes and cut queues. The staff is unable to control the crowd. The shuttle route is also in a mess and there aren’t clear directions or English announcements as well. The attractions look almost the same after you saw one or two, no point wasting time and the trip to see. Yunnan is better!
Easy to redeem. I do not have to exchange a ticket at the counter and could get through with my passport along. The view was nice but it gets boring at the end because they pretty much look alike.
Buy at your risk! Our passports didn’t register hence they can’t find our passport details and we were held outside the gate for an hour to sort this out . We just repurchased a pair of new tickets on site, we don’t want to waste our precious time sorting out. We tried going in from the gate n even went to their ticket office , all officers help us to find our booking on their system but nothing was found! They re all very helpful. We were so disappointed with perlago! Frustrated!!
