From Santiago del Teide, after having received your equipment and safety instructions, the excursion of 3 quads maximum per guide will go along the forest track in the heart of the pine forest which surrounds the Chinyero and Teide volcanoes. On easy level tracks, accessible to all, we will find lush nature, flowers only found in Tenerife, the Canarian pine with 3 needles instead of 2. At the level of the Chinyero volcano, about 1400 metres altitude, we will stop and have a 10 minute walk through the volcanic rocks. We will continue on our quads on the track up to the edge and the beginning of the Teide volcanic crater up to 2,000 metres altitude. This gives a fantastic view of Tenerife over the neighbouring islands (La Gomera, Las Palmas).
