- Waiting Time Exceeded: Standard pickups are subject to a 90-minute complimentary waiting period based on *actual flight arrival time*.
When picking up multiple flights, time is measured based on the first arriving flight. If you would like to be picked up at a *specified time*, please notify customer service in advance. - Pick-up at a designated time is free for 30 minutes, and an additional fee of 15,000 won per 30 minutes will be charged if the waiting time is exceeded.
- Service hours: 24 hours
- Meeting Place: The driver will confirm the meeting time and place with the customer.
- Pickup/Sanding range: Incheon Airport ↔ Seoul City / Gimpo Airport ↔ Seoul City
