The shuttle bus will depart on time, so please arrive at the meeting point promptly.

Regardless of whether you purchase additional food, drinks, or vending machine items, please be sure to use your locker key to complete payment at the automatic payment machine, and do not be late for the bus boarding time.

The bedrock bath is available only to guests aged 13 and over and can be used until 10:00 p.m.

The shuttle bus departing from Heiwajima Natural Hot Springs at 3:10 a.m. goes only to Terminal 3 and does not stop at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

Plan changes cannot be made on the day of your trip.

[Notes on use]
1. We kindly ask that guests with tattoos refrain from using the facility.
*However, tattoo stickers sold at the facility are permitted as long as they fully cover the tattoo with up to four stickers (10cm long, 14cm wide, 260 yen per sticker).
2. Please note that mixed bathing is only allowed for children aged 0 to 7 years.
3. Swimsuits are not permitted inside the facility.
4. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing food and drinks into the facility.
5. Use of mobile phones is prohibited in the baths and changing rooms to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
6. Luggage such as trunks and carry-on bags may only be stored during your stay using the lockers and suitcase lockers provided on-site.
7. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept delivery of luggage by courier or accept luggage brought in advance. Please understand that we will be unable to hold any luggage sent to the facility.
8. In the event you are unable to board the reserved shuttle bus due to flight delays or cancellations, you may board a later bus subject to seat availability.
If you miss the last shuttle bus due to flight delays or cancellations, you may cancel your reservation by providing proof and contacting the place of purchase.
Please note that cancellations for other reasons cannot be accepted.

Please kindly note that due to circumstances at the facility, weather conditions, road situations, or conditions at Haneda Airport, the facility may be required to change its services, close temporarily, or cancel operations.

Q: Are there private rooms where only family and friends can rest?
A: As this is not a hotel, there are no private rooms available. However, guests can rest in the Relax Lounge, which features reclining chairs with power outlets, including a women-only area. Please refrain from reserving seats. If you prefer a guaranteed seat, we recommend the Premium Lounge (all seats reserved), available for an additional fee after check-in. The Premium Lounge fee is 500 yen per person (available from 18:00 to 9:00 the next morning). Applications can be made at the self-service reception machine after check-in.

Q: Is there anywhere to eat in the middle of the night?
A: While restaurants close at night, vending machines for frozen food and microwaves are available, so feel free to use them. Please note that food from the vending machines is not included in this plan. Restaurant opening hours are as follows: Heiwajima Natural Hot Springs - Restaurant “Yulari” is open from 11:00 to 22:00 (Fridays and Saturdays until 23:00), with last orders at 21:00 (Fridays and Saturdays at 22:00). Please wear the provided indoor wear and slippers when going outside the facility.

Q: Is there a place to store luggage?
A: You may use the facility’s lockers and suitcase lockers during your stay at Heiwajima Natural Hot Springs. Please note that luggage cannot be stored before check-in or after check-out for sightseeing purposes. For storage outside your stay, we recommend using coin lockers at nearby train stations.

Q: What other shops or attractions are there at BIGFUN Heiwajima?
A: BIGFUN Heiwajima, home to Heiwajima Natural Hot Springs, also features Don Quijote (souvenirs and travel goods), a bowling alley, game center, movie theater, karaoke, Tondemi (one of Japan’s largest indoor athletic facilities), and various restaurants.
