The hot roast duck will be brought to the dining table by the chef where he will slice it into more than 100 thin flakes, each having its piece of crispy skin. You also eat it in a very special way. Your guide will eat with you and explain the dishes you are going to have and Chinese Food Culture. (The Peking duck can switch to be a regular Chinese dinner). Wonderful evening guided by Andy, who’s very chatty and friendly. Most hutongs in Beijing are notoriously overcrowded, but with Andy’steering us through we actually got to enjoy some nice locations (and shops). Peking duck… doesn’t need any comments!
