Pick up your paper tickets for the public transport by showing your mobile voucher at any of the Yellow Tours and Experiences hop-on hop-off buses, trams, and boats on the Belém Lisbon, Modern Lisbon, and Yellow Boat lines
The driver will provide you with a paper ticket, which you will have to keep until the end of its validity
Please show your paper ticket while boarding

It was a bit of walk about 30 mins to get your ticket, but was a fuss free one. Can’t wait to explore more today with modern Lisbon, tram and boat tour.
Quite a bad experience. Busses go only every 30 min. The first day we should have waited 30 min as the bus was full, we went for a walk instead. 2 nd day the bus was full again, we could not get onto it and we took public transport instead. In addition the Boat which is included does not operate until 15 November due to maintenance. The only tour we got out of our 3 day ticket was the short tram tour. We got onto it just by luck. I highly recommend to use public transport instead or the red hop on busses.
