• Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
• If you place an order after 6:00 pm (GMT+8) on a Friday, the reservation confirmation will be provided within 48 hours as it takes longer to contact the local supplier during weekends and holidays.

• A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before your selected activity date.
• A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled at least 2 days before your selected activity date.
• No refund can be issued if cancelled less than 2 days before your selected activity date.
