Experience the true beauty of Victoria by exploring Thetis Lake. Thetis Lake is actually two freshwater lakes (Upper and Lower Thetis) connected by a narrow culvert. It was established as Canada's first nature sanctuary in 1958. Once on the water, we'll head straight to Upper Thetis, and go under the bridge towards the sanctuary and away from all the crowds. Everything you need to get on the water will be prepared for you. Your paddle boards, paddles, life jackets, dry bags, and waterproof phone cases will be waiting for you on the beach.
