You'll explore dramatic ice formations and climb frozen walls with the help of a certified glacier guide. Gear is provided, including crampons, ice axes, helmets, and safety lines. After a safety briefing, hike across the glacier’s stunning terrain -featuring crevasses, ridges, and vibrant blue ice- before tackling your own ice climb (optional). No experience needed. Discover the power and beauty of this ever-changing icy world. The tour from Reykjavík includes convenient pick up from select locations, and sightseeing stops at the iconic Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss wateralls. Relax and enjoy views of Iceland's famous South Coast.
