- The explanation during the tour will be mainly performed in English. The tour leader will provide Mandarin/Cantonese assistance and explanation based on individuals' situation.

- In case of bad weather, such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour or not 1 day before departure (15:00 local time) and notify you by email.
- Please note that the itinerary or the stay time to each spot will be adjusted due to traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc.
- Please note that the itinerary may be changed, or the visit to a spot may be canceled due to force majeure, such as traffic jams and bad weather.
- There will be many people during the flowering season. We recommend you prepare some food as there may be severe traffic jams.
- It may not be possible to enjoy the panoramic view of Mount Fuji due to weather conditions.
- Pregnant women and people with special physical conditions should pay attention to their health conditions as there is long-distance traffic time in the plan. Please note that we won’t take any responsibility if there are emergencies caused by physical discomfort during the travel. And please be informed of the risk of not being able to seek immediate medical attention.
- Every person can take one hand luggage to the bus. Please put your other luggage in the hotel or nearby lockers.

It was okay though I feel it could’ve been better had the Gotemba extended to 4 hrs since it’s no cost to company. We ended up arriving back in Tokyo 10min earlier. The tea experience in the morning was ok but the stay there was just 30 min and no time to shop at the tea shop because I wanted to go snap pics of mt Fuji with the lake (your only chance on this tour). It was quite rushed overall. Not sure why other tours don’t offer 3-4hrs Gotemba shopping. However the Gotemba shopping is a hit and miss depending on what is sold at the outlets when you visit. Prices are cheaper than outside but the stocks are limited to unpopular designs mostly. The guide was professional and kept to time. Tour was in English. Meeting place can be chaotic as it’s for all the different tour companies so ensure you find the right guide for your tour. No time for meals so bring your own food if you want more time to shop.
