• Valid identification must be presented for registration before entry
• Children over 1.2m are charged full price; children between 1m-1.2m are CNY 129/person; children under 1m are free
• Please present a valid voucher at the front desk for verification before entry to receive a wristband for consumption. Failure to verify before entry will result in charges at the standard in-store price
• During peak hours, you may need to queue for entry
• All orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. Must be used within the validity period; expired vouchers will be automatically voided
• Limited to one voucher per person per visit. Cannot be used in conjunction with other in-store promotions
• The package includes fixed items as specified in each plan; these cannot be exchanged for other services
• Consumption of items outside the package will be charged according to the store's standard rates, plus a 10% service fee
• Overnight stay is free in the 4F lounge sleeping area. Overnight stay in the 5F massage rooms is subject to the store's standard overnight rates; please consult staff for details
• Seasonal fruits and drinks are available 24 hours. Fruit varieties may vary based on supply and seasonality without prior notice
• Pets are not allowed
• Entry is not permitted for pregnant women, intoxicated individuals, or those with high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, infectious skin diseases, or other significant health conditions
