Helpful tip to reduce wait times

If you use WhatsApp, you’re welcome to message the driver 15–20 minutes before
you’re ready to move on. This helps the driver coordinate pickups more
efficiently and may reduce wait times. Availability is subject to vehicle
location, demand and conditions on the day.
