- Adult tickets apply to those aged 14–64 years with a height of 140 cm or more.
- Senior tickets apply to those aged 65 years and above.
- Reduced tickets are available on-site for disabled visitors (33% disability or higher) including one free companion.
- Children under 100 cm in height enter for free and do not require a ticket.
- Youth tickets apply to children aged 0–13 years with a height between 100 cm and 140 cm.

Excellent theme park for all ages! Only downside was that there were no 'warmers' or fire spaces throughout the park- even the shops were cold too!
