This is a great service. Arrived evening on a Saturday and the queues in immigration were huge. Was through immigration within about 15 minutes and then the representative assisted in collecting our bags. Well worth the cost to save an hours waiting time in the normal queue.
It was 1 of the best decision I made for this trip to HCM. Cleared the custom in less than 15 mins. Look for your name when you approaching the custom. The operator will lead you to the express lane. He will also bring you to the belt to collect your luggage. Awesome service, awesome experience.
They were incredibly helpful with everything from leaving the airport to carrying our bags. The bus driver who took us to the domestic terminal even helped us carry our bags to the departure gate. Everyone was kind and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Seamless booking process despite small hiccups on my end where i rescheduled to an earlier flight. Do remember to save and contact the agency upon arrival if you don’t not see someone holding up your name before the immigration queue
One thing to note is that you should save the agency number and make contact with them via call or text beforehand. The agent came out from the airport to meet us at pillar 6 at the airport departure drop off with a printout of our booking, then took us through the immigration and customs clearance, all in all took 30 mins, quick and painless!
It is worth the money to get this, only if you have the money to spare and want to save time in the immigration line. Instead of 1hr + we waited around 10 min in the fast lane. We had a staff member who was guiding us to immigration plus luggage collection, and up until the driver pick up - so it was a complete experience throughout the airport
