The customer service is very well response The network is good
I can't use it after I left the hotel to go sightseeing. I follow all the step that advise me how to do. So I got to go n get physical simm card instead.
Had a very convoluted registration process for the sim compared to others. I also never got confirmation of successful sim registration after two tries and gave up.
