Reduced tickets are available on-site for holders of a young person card, seniors (65+), professional photographers, pensioners, students, and teachers upon presentation of valid proof.
The audioguide is available exclusively for the Helen Levitt exhibition this season.

The standard ticket includes an audio guide, accessible via a QR code available in the room. A mobile device with an active mobile internet
connection is required. If you don't have mobile data, you can connect tothe free Wi-Fi network available in the space.
Headphones are required to avoid disturbing other visitors. It is recommended to bring your own headphones, although you can also purchase them for €1 (jack type) at the ticket counter, in which case you may need to wait depending on availability.
