I am giving it 4 stars only for the haphazard way to redeem tickets. Contrary to their claims, It’s NOT 1 SAME QR code THAT you directly SCAN at all attraction. You have to redeem all the passes individually at ticket counters at each attraction which is rather disappointing since the very purpose of online purchase is not needing to queue for tickets. While reservations section has mentions of a few attractions, some key attractions also require reservations from a 3rd party vendor. Like for the peak tram the redemption has to be done at the adjacent Big Bus counter and that counter closes at 6pm which is not mentioned anywhere in the redemption process of Go City anywhere(Just that it needs to be redeemed at BigBus counter right at the bottom) which led us to to waste 2 hours of serpentine queues. So bottomline is read the fine blueprint for each attraction and it needs to be redeemed everywhere as the QR code given by gocity is not directly usable. I would have given it 2 stars except the fact that I saved money and extra 2 stars for that.
