    Day 01 Pokhara – Jomsom - ( Via sharing Bus / Zeep 10 hrs drive ) Day 02 : Jomsom - Kagbeni to Chele (3,050m/10,035ft) Day 03 : Chele to Sammar- Synaboche (3,820m/12,568ft) Day 04 : Synaboche to Ghame via Ghilling (3,520m/11,581ft) Day 05 : Ghame to Charang (3,500 m/11,515ft) Day 06 : Charang to Lomanthang (3,700 m/12,173ft) Day 7 : Lomanthang (Free Day) Day 8 : Lomanthang to Dhakmar (3,500 m/11,515ft) Day 9 : Dhakmar to Synbachoe (3,240m / 10,656ft) Day 10 : Synbachoe to Chele (2,940m /9,673ft) Day 11 : Chele to Kagbeni - Jomsom (2,700 m/8883ft) Day 12 : Jomsom - Pokhara ( Via sharing Bus / Zeep )
