- Our offices are closed on SUNDAYS - Reservations made Saturday after 5 pm will not be revised until Monday at 9 am. If transportation is needed guest will not be able to set it up if the reservation is made during this time. For cancellations request during this time please send us a message.
- SPECIAL NOTE: We encourage our guests to not reserve the tour on the same day of arrival to the Island. If the flight is delayed and the guest misses the tour the guest will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling.

- No Expected Mothers (no exceptions)
- For safety reasons, children under 6 years old CANNOT participate in PURE ADVENTURE tour.
- Those who have epilepsy, back problems, heart conditions, dizziness, recent surgery or any other condition that may put life in risk are not allowed to participate in PURE ADVENTURE tour.
