- Travelers must provide their flight number before checking out
- Surcharge for exceeding the grace period is 300 THB per hour
- Any extra stop or sudden changes to the location without prior agreement will incur a surcharge to be paid in cash
- The service during 25 December - 5 January will be additionally charged on spot for 500THB per round
- One baby seats can be provided free of charge subject to availability on the service date
