Can speed it up a little bit. Can be shorten as tourists need to go places sometimes. Maybe options for normal or 1.5x or 2x speed. Just a suggestion. Overall it’s very informative and appreciate the efforts and patience that were put into preparing such an awesome yummy gastronomical experience. Thank you Pam and team.

Definitely one of the best Michelin dining experiences that I've been to. For someone that has had numerous Michelin experiences in Singapore, the experience here at Potong rightfully sets the stage well. Great food, vibey location that's superbly well restored, and awesome service end to end. Make sure you come hungry because the 20 course is really quite filling! Also while you're here, do find time to check out their award winning Opium Bar - it's also quite exciting and experience.
